Michael Gomez is a Sales Enablement Consultant and the CEO and Founder of Lily Pad Resources, based in Kansas City, Missouri.

Michael has 32 years of experience in the Financial Services sector serving in various capacities and sales channels, including Retail, Retirement, 403b and Wealth Management. Throughout his career, Michael has been responsible for the management and implementation of technology strategies ranging from Hardware, Client Software and Firmware, to SAS and Mobile Solutions. As a Sales Enablement expert, he has worked one-on-one to successfully onboard and enhance the efficiency of more than 500 Sales Professionals, nationally.

Michael is an accomplished public speaker, specializing in engaging technology use seminars for sales professionals and their clients.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri, and earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, School of Business and Public Management.

In addition to Michael’s educational achievements, he holds FINRA Series 6, 26, and 7 certifications.

When not working, Michael enjoys spending time with friends and family. Some of his favorite pastimes are travel, wine tasting, golfing, baseball games, and walking/hiking.
